There are many hardships in the graduation projects collaborator in the university such that there is poor communication between the supervisor and his students; there is no way to communicate anytime continuously. Another hardship that students face is selecting a graduation project idea; sometimes the student selects his/her ideas, but these ideas may not be applicable or doable because of the poor communication between the instructor and the students. Another problem when the students need to choose their project's supervisor, in the traditional way the students need to register their names manually on papers, this way is tedious and time and effort wasting for the department and the instructors to organize the graduation projects per semester.
Graduation Project Collaborator (GPC) is a mobile application that is proposed to overcome all the aforementioned hardships. This application offers necessary services to the instructors and the students. It guarantees the improvement of the projects' supervision since it will be shared between the department’s instructors and the students.
GPC provides services for instructors and students; through this application the student can select the instructor to supervise the graduation project. Moreover, the student can communicate with the supervisor directly through the application by messaging or voice call, also can create a group that includes the project’s students and supervisor to discuss the project with each other.
This application provides big services for instructor such that he can select which projects’ groups that he/she wants to supervise, communicate with his/her projects’ students by messaging or voice calls, send ads for his/her groups, and let students know about meetings schedule.
